Bring the whole family and join us for a free afternoon of music, movement, and storytelling.
The Auburn Symphony teams up with the Children’s Dance Theater for a playful concert where music comes to life on stage. You’ll hear the creeping intensity of In the Hall of the Mountain King, sing along with the fun of Old MacDonald, and feel the excitement build in the final moments of the William Tell Overture. The program also features the high-energy hit Golden.
At the center of it all is Peter and the Wolf by Sergei Prokofiev, a classic musical adventure where each instrument becomes a character in the story. Watch as dancers and musicians work together to bring Peter’s journey to life in a way that’s easy to follow and fun for all ages.
This relaxed, family-friendly concert is a great way to introduce young listeners to the orchestra or enjoy a shared afternoon of live music together.
